Access to Personal DataIf you have already had a commercial relationship with SOLCASAS, your data is stored on our servers and you will not be able to have direct access to it. The data you provide to us is only used for administrative, statistical processing, presentation. and dissemination of products and services sold within the scope of real estate mediation activities. The information made available to us is for the exclusive use of SOLCASAS and its agents and only for the purposes for which it was collected. If you wish to exercise any of your rights, such as accessing, modifying, deleting, moving, rectifying, forgotten, you must contact SOLCASAS or the agent to which you provided the information. To do so, please submit your request using your email address. You will receive an email in your email box to confirm your identity, if it appears in our records. If you have not provided us with any email address, please provide us with your telephone number and/or other personally identifiable information and inform us of how you would like to be contacted. Upon receipt of your request, SOLCASAS will take the appropriate measures to follow up within the next thirty days as set out in the GDPR. If you have never had any commercial relationship with SOLCASAS, but have used one of our forms to contact us, you can also proceed as indicated above, for the processing of your data.
